License Agreement

1. Grant of License
The Darksoul Ascent Team grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play Darksoul Ascent for personal, non-commercial use only.
2. Restrictions
You may not: copy, modify, or distribute the game; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the game; sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the game; use the game for commercial purposes without written permission.
3. Ownership
All game assets, code, music, art, and content remain the exclusive property of the Darksoul Ascent Team. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
4. User Content
Any content you create using the game (screenshots, videos, fan art) may be shared freely, provided it is not used for commercial gain and clearly credited to Darksoul Ascent.
5. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the game in your possession.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Darksoul Ascent is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the game will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by applicable international copyright laws and treaties.
